Collin Juergens, M.D. - Otolaryngologist
Dr. Collin Juergens is a physician who specializes in comprehensive otolaryngology - head and neck surgery (ear, nose, and throat) and he treats both children and adults.
He graduated summa cum laude from The University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. For his Doctor of Medicine degree, he attended the Texas A&M College of Medicine. During medical school, he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society, an award which recognizes “medical students who have displayed outstanding humanistic and professional behaviors and the highest standards of compassion and sensitivity in their interactions with patients, faculty, student peers, and institutional administration.” He was also inducted into the academic honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha, during medical school. He completed his otolaryngology - head and neck surgery residency at the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine - Scott & White Otolaryngology Residency Program.
Dr. Juergens has a passion for helping to shape health policy toward the goal of accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare for all patients. He has remained active in the Texas Medical Association (TMA) since his first year of medical school. He has held roles such as the Texas A&M College of Medicine TMA chapter president, TMA delegate, and chair of the TMA Resident and Fellow Section.
Patients appreciate his gentle bedside manner, sense of humor, and compassion. He states, “I recognize it is a privilege to care for the patients who have placed their trust in me, so I continually strive to provide the highest-quality, patient-centered care in the clinic and operating room. My guiding principle has always been to treat each patient as if they were a beloved member of my own family.” In his free time, Dr. Juergens enjoys hosting gatherings with his wife among family and friends, traveling, serving in his church and community group, watching professional sports, mountain biking, and boating/water-skiing/wakeboarding (or at least, attempting to wakeboard).

J. Byron Mullins, M.D. - Otolaryngologist
Dr. Mullins is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He has been in private practice in Las Colinas since 1999 and is the founder of Las Colinas ENT & Allergy.
He specializes in general ENT and allergy in both adults and children. He utilizes the latest innovative technology for treatment of ENT disorders.
Dr. Mullins is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, North Texas ENT Association, Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society. Outside the medical office, he enjoys hiking, boating, and travel. Retiring January 2024.
